Happy Valentines Day!

I made this yummy jello dessert for our Valentines Dinner tonight.  We've decided to stay home for our Valentines dinner instead of fighting the crowds... plus this way I get my sweetie all to myself :)

Our dessert is made using sugar free jello and Cool Whip.  If you don't have to watch your sugar feel free to substitute regular jello and Cool Whip in place of the sugar free.

I am sure the regular will be super delicious but the sugar free is not bad if you need to watch your sugar.

I put together the dessert last evening and placed it in the refrigerator to set up overnight.

I love doing, make-a-head desserts!  It's nice not to worry about dessert the night of, after dinner just pull it out of the fridge and top the dessert whipping cream  :)
