Tailgate Chili

Are you ready for the big game on Sunday?  I think this is the first time that Bill and I could care less which team wins.  Of course we will watch it because you need to have the game on to enjoy all the football food and the good thing is we can get up and get seconds without worrying about pausing the game!

Cowgirl Cookies

These Cowgirl Cookies are a twist of the Cowboy Cookie.  Cowboy Cookies have Milk chocolate chips, old fashioned oats, pecans and coconut.  I named these Cowgirl Cookies because of the White Chocolate Chips, Cinnamon & Apple instant oatmeal and toasted pecans seem more girlish, like sugar and spice.....

Snickerdoodle Cream Cheese Blondies

oh WOW..... These cookie bars are awesome! These would sure be a nice treat on a hot summer day, I put mine in the fridge and eat them cold.  The cream cheese and cinnamon sugar are a good combination.  It is a small treat with a big punch.

Reuben Sandwich

Reuben Sandwiches are a family favorite at our house.  Actually anything with sour kraut is a sure family favorite.  There is nothing better on a cold night than corned beef, sour kraut and Swiss cheese on grilled pumpernickel and rye swirled bread.

Crock Pot New York Cheesecake

I found a new favorite cheesecake.  It was small because it was baked in a 6 inch spring form pan but it was thick and heavy!  A little piece will do ya.  We have had 5 servings out of ours and still have probably 2 left.  I would say this could serve 8.
