Yum Here is another Yummy crock pot cheesecake.  My crock pot peanut butter cup cheesecake has been such a hit I have decided to come up with some more flavors of these awesome cheesecakes.

With today being Monday and I was not wanting to get up early to start my work, I knew I would be working overtime tonight.  Overtime = Perfect time to use the crockpot.  

Crockpot Green Beans and Potatoes

Today I used my left over ham and made beans and potatoes.  Something magical happens to these green beans and potatoes after being in the crockpot all day with my left over ham.... oh it is heavenly!

Today for breakfast we had this Overnight Crockpot Oatmeal.  It worked out perfect that I had it ready when we woke up as Bill got called out for an emergency call this morning to a Giant Eagle in Columbus.

Crock Pot Caramel

WOW...WOW....WOW...Did I say WOW?  This caramel is out of this world delicious!  Way better then the ice cream topping caramel that you buy in the stores.  I have seen this technique floating around the Internet the last couple of years and thought it looked super easy....and it was!  It only takes about 5 minutes to get it in the crock pot, let it cook for 8 hours and wallah you have super delicious ooey gooey creamy caramel.

I have another crock pot cheesecake for you.  This one has a hint of peanut butter in the cheesecake and is topped with gooey hot fudge topping and cut up Reese Cups...... Oh my!

I found a new favorite cheesecake.  It was small because it was baked in a 6 inch spring form pan but it was thick and heavy!  A little piece will do ya.  We have had 5 servings out of ours and still have probably 2 left.  I would say this could serve 8.
