I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend.  I had a wonderful weekend.  Most of the evenings since Friday have been spent outside around our fire pit.

Yum Here is another Yummy crock pot cheesecake.  My crock pot peanut butter cup cheesecake has been such a hit I have decided to come up with some more flavors of these awesome cheesecakes.

Homemade Vanilla Update Week 4

I skipped week 3 pictures because I did not think there was much of a change in color.  I am not real sure there is much of a change with week 4 either.  From here on out the color might stay about the same as it is a pretty dark amber color.  I have been able to tell the difference in the smell of the vanilla each week.  On this 4th week the extract has a very strong vanilla smell.  I could probably go ahead and start using it now if I wanted to.  Mine may have gotten dark quicker because of me using some vanilla beans that had already been cut and soaked in my previous vanilla bottles.

Yum You have probably noticed I have not posted in awhile.  I have been extremely busy with my family the last couple of weeks.

Billy's Ohio State University Graduation

So for being MIA for a bit the last week.  We have been super busy with Billy graduating from Ohio State and us moving him to Lexington, KY for his new job.  Billy has a new job at a Country Club Golf Course as 2nd Assistant Superintendent.  We are super proud of his accomplishments.  Here are some more pictures from his graduation today and I will be back soon

The color seems to be slowing down a bit but I do think week 2 picture does look a little darker over week1.
