Lemon Rum Cake

Happy Easter!  I have made another flavor of rum cake to take to mom's for Easter dinner.  Not that we will need another dessert as I know there will be lots of goodies to be had!  If you follow me on Instagram make sure to check in and I will post some pictures of  all the goodies we have today.

Coconut Rum Cake

 

I think this is my best Rum Cake yet!  My mother-in-law has me hooked on rum cakes.  I love how moist they are and the buttery sticky goodness that soaks inside the cake is awesome!

Black Cherry Rum Cake

I put a twist on my Mother-in-laws yummy Rum Cake.  I tried making a rum cake and it was a total fail.... way too strong.  This recipe is awesome as regular rum cake or the jazzed up Black Cherry Rum Cake.
