Today we woke up to snow so it was a good day to stay inside and work on a new recipe. This week an Amish Blog shared my Amish Apple Brownies which created many blog hits for the recipe. So I thought it fitting to create another Apple recipe.... That is how the idea for an Apple Coffee Cake was born :)
