Cinnamon Rolls are one of my favorite Breakfast foods well besides Donuts!  These Cinnamon Rolls are super easy to make.

I love breakfast that I can prepare the night before and then just bake it in the morning.  You can bake these after the last rise or you can do as I did and put them in the refrigerator and bake them in the morning.

I used Rhodes Frozen Bread 1 pound loaf.  Just thaw the bread dough, roll it out into a rectangle, spread with melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon then roll it up and cut into rolls.... it's really that easy!  No worries of killing your yeast and the rolls not rising.

Frozen Bread Dough Cinnamon Rolls

1 pound loaf frozen bread dough
4 tablespoons melted butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Icing
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 to 3 tablespoons whipping cream (can also use milk or coffee)

Set frozen bread dough loaf on a greased baking sheet and allow to thaw, 4 to 5 hours depending on how warm the house is.

After dough is thawed, put dough on a floured surface and knead a few times.  With a rolling pin, roll dough into a rectangle.

Spread the melted butter on top of the bread dough

Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon and spread over the top of the butter

Beginning at one end roll the dough into a log

Slice dough into 2 inch slices and place into a greased pan

Spray the rolls lightly with cooking spray and cover with plastic wrap

Let rolls sit and rise until doubled

At this point I put my rolls in the refrigerator and bake them the next morning, however if you prefer you can go ahead and bake them now

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 18 minutes

Ice the rolls while they are still warm, mix together the icing ingredients and pour over the rolls
