The perfect size loaf of Beer Bread for 2... makes it great for us since we like to eat Beer Bread fresh out of the oven.
Of course you can heat it up, we are just not fans of left over Beer Bread. If you are baking bread for a family go ahead and double the recipe for a regular sized loaf but if you are like us and needing bread for 2-3 people make this smaller size portion....perfect for empty nesters like us :)
Here is the regular size loaf pan compared to my smaller size loaf pan.
Beer Bread is not just for butter... oh no... slather on some of your favorite jelly, jam or fruit butters. I also have a surprise in store for you for what we made this loaf of Beer Bread for. I went outside of the box with this topping and I was soooooo right! Stay tuned...............

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 Tablespoons baking powder

Pour batter into buttered load pan and drizzle the remaining butter over top of the batter.
