Sweet Corn Muffins

I love having some kind of buttered bread or muffin with a bowl of soup.  My favorite is this Sweet Corn Muffin.  How could you go wrong with a muffin that has corn bread and cake mix in it!

This recipe is also one of Cally Marie's favorites too.  Not only is there a cake mix involved with making these muffins but also pudding.... YUMMY!

You can also make these in a pan like corn bread but I prefer to make them in the muffin pan as it does not take them too long to bake.  To make them extra awesome..... slather them with some honey butter.  I better get to the recipe before I drool all over my key board thinking about how good these are.

Sweet Corn Muffins

2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package 9 ounce cake mix
1 package 9 ounce corn bread muffin mix
1 3.4 ounce instant vanilla pudding

In a bowl combine the eggs, milk, water and oil.  Stir in mixes and pudding.  Mix well.  Fill paper lined muffin tray with mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes.  Should yield 14 muffins
