Mustard Potato Salad

It's almost the 4th of July.  We love having cookouts for the 4th celebration.  When we have a cookout I like to make traditional picnic food!

I do not like crunchy things in my potato salad.  This is why you will see that I use onion powder and celery seed instead of cutting up onions and celery as an ingredient.  However if you are one of the many who do like onions and celery feel free to use fresh and dice them up for your salad.

For years I have had trouble with peeling my hard boiled eggs.  If you want a super easy hard boil egg recipe click here.
