Goulash
2 pounds ground beef, browned
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 46 oz can tomato juice
1 29 oz can diced tomatoes
4 cups elbow macaroni
1 t Italian seasoning
1 t oregano
Brown ground beef and drain. Chop onion and green pepper. In large pan add all ingredients. Cook on medium low heat for 45 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
