Pumpkin Spice Cake Roll

Today I finally got around to some of my fall baking!  First off is a request from Bill.  One of his favorite pumpkin recipes is my childhood favorite Pumpkin Spice Cake Roll.

Salisbury Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy

Oh comfort food at it's best!  I love anything with mashed potatoes and gravy!  Fall has arrived here in Ohio finally this weekend.  The temperatures are to be in the 70's!!!

Overnight French Toast Croissant Casserole

This breakfast casserole was awesome.  There are 2 things I really like about this casserole, 1 it was an overnight casserole and 2 the heavenly crunchy cinnamon topping!

3 Meat Breakfast Egg Bake

Brunch to me is a treat.  I love to be invited to showers that are a Brunch with all my favorite treats, Egg Bakes, Danishes, Fruit and Yogurt to name a few.

Cookies and Cream Pudding Pops

I love freezer desserts in the summer!  These Pudding Pops hit the spot.

Jalapeno Popper Chicken Chili

Here is my 5th place winner in the Poultry competition.  The picture is not very good as it was taken out at the fair after I was awarded my ribbon.

Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Mushrooms

This was my entry for the Hor d' oeuvres category for dish of the day at the fair last week.
