Strawberry and Cream Sugar Biscuit

This is my new go to strawberry shortcake when I am in a hurry and do not have time to bake a shortcake.  This actually reminds me of my homemade shortcake.

Here is my Strawberry Vodka after 3 days.  Oh WOW the red color is beautiful and the smell is AMAZING!

I had no idea flavored Vodka would be this easy to make.  I guess it is no different than putting vanilla beans into vodka to make vanilla.
